DON'T WASTE UR MONEY. "NOT ORIGINAL PERFUMES"
I brought a perfume in a store located at coral spring mall. I'm very disappointed with the perfume. It doesn't smell right ,the color looks brownish and the fragrance doesn't last. I spend 140 dollars in a #Victor&Rolf perfume . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BYING YOUR PERFUMES FROM THIS KIND STORE.

Terrible customer service just…
Terrible customer service just overloading you with scents to the point you don’t know which is which. The perfumes and colones didn’t have a lasting scent.

I’ve bought a lot of cologne from you…
I’ve bought a lot of cologne from you guys! Saturday was my last time buying from the place in Woodstock because I bought 2 bottles of cologne and while the lady helping me got distracted and rung up the wrong bottle of cologne and yes I didn’t catch it either but the point is I came right back in to exchange or return it and they wouldn’t let me because I was told it’s an outlet store and she said the boxes were open and they were not open and she was rude so I’ll take go elsewhere

Dishonest and zero customer service
I was told if I signed up for email and text, I would get 5% off. It showed the discount, but reverted to normal price when I pressed the purchase button. I tried to call, but just got a message that they are not available. Extremely poor customer service!

Every time I go to this location it’s…
Every time I go to this location it’s hard to get good help initially. Even when someone starts to help me, right in the middle of assisting me will walk up to another person and start assisting them…it seems like they veer towards people they think are more wealthy. I’ve only been in the store twice but have had the same experience both times which leads me to feel like I was discriminated against. After I request a perfume that’s a bit pricey, I’m met with enthusiasm and A1 service. I spent over 400.00 and feel guilty I did so after the feeling they gave me.

I purchased two products
I purchased two products. When checking out we asked about Versace Blue Jean and informed us that they had it. When they brought the product, the product was bent. The salesperson was going to sell to us like that and I had to ask for a non-bent product. He informed us that most of the Versace Blue Jean were bent. First, if I was manager of the store I would not accept the product and return it back for damage but the sales person was able to find a product that was not bent because I had said something. Then I came home to open the second product American Spirit, the box inside was damp, humid and smell bad. I had to wash my hands because the product had a bad smell and had to wash the product. As of today, the product smells like damp. I rather pay for retail price and will not longer come back to Fragrance Outlet because I don't know where the product is coming from and it seems that the manager is not inspecting the product when it comes in. Plus the product should be open in front of the customers to make sure it's not damage. Horrible product.
