The online chat was fantastic. The associate in the store was fantastic. I have been trying to find a fragrance that I purchased years back. Mary Kay sold it, and it was discontinued. I contacted Mary Kay and they gave me the information about the various notes. I put that info into the chat and your online chat recommended 3 specific fragrances that matched fairly closely. I had no idea where to begin so that was wonderful! In the store, I brought my old bottle and the info that was sent via your chat feature. The associate was so helpful. She even selected a scent that hadn’t been recommended and it was very, very similar. Truly impressed with your customer service…thank you!!

I love going to Fragrance Outlet. Todd, who works at our location, is amazing at listening to what fragrances you like and then he finds fragrances that you may not have tried yet. I have discovered brands and fragrances that I have not seen anywhere else. One of my favorites is Merakái Passion by Patek Maison. One of my top 5 fragrances now. I also discovered a favorite perfumer because of Todd, that would be Daniel Josier. His fragrances are just so good and unique. My favorite are Green Leather and also Le Musk. Le Musk is a beast mode fragrance for me. Todd has helped me grow my fragrance collection. If it hadn't been for Todd, my collection would be full of the typical fragrances that you find at Belks or whatever box store is near you.

My person that took care of me was top knotch and made me feel she cared about the fragrance I was purchasing. Took her time and walked me through various scents. I would shop here again ten times out of ten because of her.
