Horrible customer service at the Pigeon…
Horrible customer service at the Pigeon Forge store. The lady working had a sign on the door which apparently stated they were closed(at 3pm in the afternoon) however the doors were open as we entered. She then proceeded to shoo us out the door and tell us that we were lying and had to have pulled hard enough on the door to disengage the lock. She then continued to give us nasty looks and blame us for her error as we left the store. Whoever this woman was is the absolute most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I would love to discuss further.
