Bad attitude
Megan had the worst attitude as soon as I walked in. I was going in to look for a new perfume and wanted to shop around as I asked her questions her comment was ‘our customer already know what there going to buy’ she sold me two perfumes which I was not 100% but wanted to get out of there, I did open on before returning to work but unfortunately it gave me a horrible headache so I want back with in 3 hours to exchange for two others perfumes I had in the pass. She did the exchange with an attitude even started turning red in how mad she was because I opened one. I will never shop here again.

I would give a zero if I could
I would give a zero if I could. I received my package damaged. The had a crack and I received a soaking wet box and I contacted them immediately and send a pic of the box and broken perfume bottle. Nothing was done about it. This has been since January. I keep getting the run around. Fast forward to this morning. Sonja was the customer service rep and she would not give me an answer to a resolution to my ongoing problem.She left the chat and blew me off. Be aware of ordering with this company. They are not ethical. Thankfully, I have a Social Media Platform to get the word out. I would hate to see someone get treated like this. Pay for a damaged item and send numerous messages where they insinuate I never contacted them. Good luck with that….

I brought coach perfume here for 102$ at the same outlets in the other store it is 69$.

Scam, you think you get the beat deal? Think again!! check other places for prices of perfume before purchasing any of there perfumes. Over price, reason they will tell you that you get buy one get the other half for 50%.

Went in to get a mothers day gift
Went in to get a mothers day gift for my mother, ended up getting 2 perfumes i thought she would like. Asked the employee if we could come back and exchange if we would like, was told we could as long as the merchandise was not opened. Went back a week later to exchange, but was greeted by a super unfriendly, rude and condescending employee. Told her i wanted to exchange and she immediately said that was against the policy and needed the name of the person i had spoken to, would not even let me speak. She was super rude and unfriendly. She proceeded to yell at someone who was in the employee room who came out and stated we could def exchange as long as the merchandise was not opened. This person was actually the store manager, which allowed her employee to talk to him in that manner, let alone the customers. Right in front of the register, there was a big sign that said that customer’s satisfaction is their priority and would exchange and refund, no questions asked. Very unprofessional, not once did any of then apologize. Taking my business somewhere else.
