It was the day before Valentines and I wanted cologne for my husband. When I waked in nobody greeted me. This is my second time experiencing poor customer service with two of the workers present. The male sales person was loud and at one point began eating his lunch in the front of the store. I don’t understand with 3 employees why he didn’t eat his lunch in the back. I find that to be very unprofessional. The young lady who did assist me barely did. She had no recommendations, distracted by her phone and would walk away a few times. After I decided to purchase two fragrances than she began to push more purchases. I honestly love the selection of fragrances here, but I do not wish to shop here with employees who seem uninterested, dismissive and inattentive to clients.

My wife tested one of the samples and loved it. We decided to purchase it and the clerk grabbed a box. I noticed the styling of the box didn’t match the bottle of the tester. I get it could be confusing, the Burberry scents have multiple with the same name, just different styles of bottles. I pointed this out to him and he assured me it was just the style of the box and that it was the same bottle and scent as the tester. I pointed out the other box that matched the style of the tester and he said no that one was different. Once purchased, we walked out and I opened the box to check. It was a completely different bottle/scent. I went back and had to wait for a manager to process the return/exchange. The inconvenience was not a huge issue, but what if I didn’t catch the difference and went home with it. I don’t live close by. How many other people has the same thing been done to there?

Poor customer service. Long wait time.

I wanted to exchange a fragrance. The one I purchased wasn't opened and I didn't have the receipt. When I came in to the store it seemed like I was an inconvenience. The sales person was short with me. I wanted to do an exchange for a perfume that was less money. The sales person advised that I couldn't get a refund. I told her that was fine and to just keep the difference. She got mad at me and said that she couldn't do the exchange without me exchanging for more than the value. So I had to purchase more items to meet the entire exchange value and then some. She was put off by me when I said I didn't want to get anything else and to just keep the additional funds, but she refused to do the exchange until I purchased more items. I understand not having a receipt, but we are advanced enough in technology to start attaching purchases to emails and being able to look up receipts through credit card payments to offer a fair exchange. The whole experience was uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Shipping takes way too long to be processed and sent. Customer service is also very slow at responding

I had absolute great service from the workers, they were great. But what I found dissatisfaction with is the company’s policy. There is no return policy only an exchange policy. I found dissatisfaction with this policy because the cologne was unopened and I had my receipt. On top of that I had just bought the cologne the previous day. There needs to be more accommodations to satisfy paying customers.

It is supposed to be an outlet and they have almost the same prices as the perfume brands on their websites, only $4 less, that is not a discount. Burberry has the same fragrance in the same type and volume for $142 and you have it for $138. It is not worth going to the location if the brand ships it to your home.

Not much of a deal! Can get better prices on line or when box stores have periodic sales
