Absolutely fabulous service. The assistant that helped me was extremely knowledgeable about every fragrance I was looking for, and even had other recommendations that I loved as well. Will certainly be coming back for all of my fragrance needs.

The only thing that was found to be not so acceptable is the lack of experience of employees. Meaning when customers come in they don’t want to hear what an employee likes, but more what the products are about. I heard one say something like, I like this, and the customer in turn said well you buy it.
