RUDE! Terrible customer service! 🚩
They honestly do NOT even deserve 1 star! I walked in and this lady with bright red hair and a bull nose ring was so rude… she offered to let me sample their best sellers, I was only interested in a certain perfume, she told me it was awful and that the girl that told me to get it, which gets so many compliments…. She didn’t have a sense of smell either! I told her that was so rude and I left and went to a competitor store and they were SO MUCH BETTER!

Bad customer service
The guy attending me dropped me like cold turkey to attend another customer When I was left alone when I walked in. Seemed like my service was unwanted

Awful in-store return policy, there isn’t one.
Went to the physical store bought some products. Had a change of heart when I saw much better prices elsewhere, inquired about making returns and was told you cannot make in store returns. This was within 1.5 hours of making the purchase. Very bad policy for in store, I feel like you should be able to make a same day return for unopened products. I called corporate office to inquire and was offered to get a gift card in exchange for future purpose. I should feel like I was beaten out of 180 dollars. Definitely not a good customer experience.

It took me straight to a pay now screen…
It took me straight to a pay now screen and didn’t even give me an option to select payments, I did not mean to pay in full with shoppay!

Overpriced
I hadn’t done enough research on the value of what I wanted so, it’s my own fault I overpaid for a product I could have gotten for almost half the price everywhere else.
