I was able to get my husband a cologne he likes, but was wanting to get samples of other colognes so I could purchase him something he hasn't had yet, but those were not available

Everything went well and easy to search for a brand name and the prices or somewhat different at times on a certain item.

The ad stated 3 for $99.00 could not find those bargains

The personnel in the store were very respective, knowledgable of their product, helpful in selecting of the fragrance and professional. The problem was the change in the products formula make up (D & G light blue) and the supply of another product (Channel 5).

Overall had a okay experience. Asked for a specific perfume and the associate was able to find it for me. I just wish he told me that I would be purchasing the tester bottle otherwise I would’ve opted for the better packaging. Also was interested in purchasing another item, specifically a Diesel cologne. When we noticed it on the top shelf, we asked the associate to see it or if he had a tester. The associate immediately brushed us off and told us no.

Although, staff was training, the attendant was cordial. I felt that the place smelled way too strong with all sorts of fragrances. I highly suggest that they open the doors to occasionally air out the room a bit. It was difficult to smell the products. The coffee beans helped some but an air fresher to blow out some of the fumes. Actually, this would be a good marketing tactic since people walking by would smell the fragrances. Also calming music may have been nicer. The store was immaculately clean. I liked that they had a huge assortment of products.
