The spray mechanism was faulty. Now I have to drive 45 minutes back to the outlet mall to exchange the damaged item. UPDATE-November16 I found a FragranceOutlet location closer to my home at the Monroe Ohio Outlet Mall. The employee that helped me was so helpful and quickly exchanged my item for me. Thank you!

I was there last week and spent almost 400 dollars on cologne. I knew I’d have to return an item as it was a surprise gift for my husband and he’d only need one. I asked what the refund policy was. I was told as long as it’s not opened and returned within 30 days I could get a refund. So yesterday I tried to get a refund and they said absolutely not as that is their policy. First of all if that’s the company’s policy I shouldn’t have been told I could return it. Second even if it was policy they should have provided honest service and refunded my money as they said they would. So, I ended up exchanging for cologne that I didn’t want and then for my son they gave us a bottle of cologne with no box and rapped in bubbles. So yesterday when I got home my husband tried it. It doesn’t smell like it’s supposed to. My son tried to look it up on line for authentication, however they had marked through the bar code so now he can’t verify it. I’m very upset as this is close to theft on the company’s part. I boxed it up, we’re not going to use it. Monday I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint along with posting my experience on social media.

I explained that I was looking and thought I would recognize what I wanted once I saw the bottle. The sales associate was extremely high pressure and repeatedly handed me fragrance samples that were “popular”. She kept asking what I had worn before, I finally shared one fragrance that I like- Diamonds- she said they have that. And showed me a bottle “white diamonds” I explained that isn’t the same bottle, it’s just Diamonds. She said something about new bottles and several companies have updated their bottles. I bought what I thought was “Diamonds” though my daughter shared this isn’t the same perfume at all…. Further I also was convinced to purchase a perfume I’ve never even heard of “so I could get 50% off” I wear Diamonds by Giorgio Armani NOT Elizabeth Taylor Other fragrances I looked for, Opium By Yves Saint Laurent, Obsession (CK) and Giorgio. I’m so angry, other than returning my merchandise I can’t imagine shopping at that store again.

Someone fraudulently used my card there, I called number associated with the purchase no answer, but vm stated a Jaime mccario.

The salesman failed to give the total amount of one of the fragrances I purchased. I purchased a bottle of Ralph Lauren Polo and Fancy Blue and because I agreed to buy the cologne without the box; I was told I would get $5 off. I did not receive the discount. The salesman rushed my purchase and I did not have time to decide if I wanted the fragrances. I asked about returning the items because I could purchase one of the fragrances at a lower cost , the salesman and manager stated I could not return my items. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and will not shop there or any other Fragrance Outlet. Prices are not reasonable.

I was needing to check out with Klarna like before, but it wouldn't show up and it checked out without letting me choose how I wanted to checkout. Very unhappy.
