Bought perfumes
I bought 2 perfumes on 25th Nov 2022 and checked In online and my of the site prices are very high in online and other stores the perfume price is 68.99 and they sold me for 95.99 and I bought 2 of those and they gave 30 % off that too it’s more then the price in other sites. I went to the store next day for refund and they said we can’t do anything and it do. So I thought they are but harsh when I ask for the refund. I will call to the customer care tomorrow and see if they can help or else it’s my last purchase in this store.

Wasn't the best deal
Wasn't the best deal. Paid $200 for 2 bottles. I pay regular price for that. Suppose to be a Black Friday deal. Buy one get one half off.

The so called manager was very…
The so called manager was very disrespectful to us and talked down to us. Acted like she knew the place and yelled at me in front of a bunch of other customers for carrying a travel size unfilled bottle from one side of the store to other simply to see if my partner was interested in anything he saw acting like she thought I was stealing. Told my partner who had shopped there before that they no longer offered a deal in very mean manner

Horrible Business, Better off at Macys
Will try to sell you non name brand to benefit them. Won’t attend to customers as they should, try to rush you to buy and leave store. They also don’t explain their return policy up until you try to actually return something!

Waste of time and money.
While Saira gave exceptional customer service, the fragrances are extremely low quality and have very little scent. Whether sprayed on clothes or skin, the scent fades before you leave the room.
