In all honesty the customer service was very poor on top of that the prices are very high. You can get a better deal going to the mall. The people there are rude and think they’re sh!+ don’t stink because they work in a fragrance store.

Poor experience
The online ordering did not allow me to use the buy one get one at 50% off. The cyber22just gave me a $2 discount. Poor

Well you advertise buy one get second…
Well you advertise buy one get second at 50% off plus an extra 10% but only got 30%! False advertising!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to return a perfume and I was…
I went in to return a perfume and I was told no returns would be accepted. I was not told this during POS. If I would’ve known this, I would not have made that extra purchase. Even when buying the perfume I said out loud that if I found something else I would exchange it and the sales person did not say anything about returns not being accepted. So I was stuck with something I did not like. Plus when it came to exchanging it the sales person took far too long to assist me and there were about 4 associates there at the time.

I was overcharged for perfume
I was overcharged for perfume I stay 1 hour and half away and unable to return to the store to challenge them not happy at all with this store

Purchased perfume it was expensive but…
Purchased perfume it was expensive but thought I would not be able to find it paid over a hundred dollars and went across the street and found it for less than half that I paid. Did not realize could not get money back only store credit. Kept the perfume as I do not leave in that area

Beware of the return policy!
The staff provided great customer service, smiling, and friendly. So, having said that, the staff are a 5. But, the return policy stinks! I was upset that you can not return an unopened purchase for a refund. I have fragrance/allergy induced asthma. We had rcvd a sample of the fragrance we purchased and used it first, only to figure out I can't tolerate it. I tried to return and to my dismay, could only trade it for something else. So here I sit with about $150 in something else I may not be able to tolerate. So my business will go back to Macy's and Kohls....they are good to their customers! Now to add insult to injury they respond with a form letter that doesn't even match my review...you can tell that no one even actually read my review!
