They are to pushie when you come in I really felt pressure to purchas

I got home and I received the wrong cologne it was the same brand just not the one that I thought I was purchasing.

My husband & I were talking about our experience. We both kinda felt as though the sales lady didn’t think we could afford your fragrances? We would ask a price and she would look and scrunch up her face, it’s $130 or it’s $150. Okay cool, I’m buying two fragrances???

They were out of the main product I was looking for. I found 2 products that were reasonably priced everything was so expensive now my perfume that use to be $65 is now $105 crazy

The customer service was great but, The prices seemed high however. The buy one get one 50% off seems very much like a scam. It only lowers the prices to very near full retail.

There was a young Hispanic lady there that refused to assist me. She assisted two ladies of my party. I tried to show her we were all together but that didn't matter. She intentionally only assisted them. Another awesome lady came and assisted me and I was able to get the perfume I was looking for plus two more bottles of perfume she recommended. The young Hispanic lady need to learn how to treat paying customers and not treat them according to the color of their skin. She probably would have gotten more sales however, my son witnessed how she treated me and decided not to get some cologne he liked due to how she treated me.

They had the wrong picture of the product on the website, so a different product arrived. They were not prompt in responding to my email request for a refund (more than a week), but were helpful once I reached them by phone.

Sales representative (Kathleen) was knowledgeable , courteous, fast and efficient.
