Found my perfume store
My boyfriend and I had stopped at FO because he was looking for a high end perfume, specifically Paco Rabanne, but in small quantity. The young lady (blonde hair) helped us and asked us what we were looking for. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered. She introduced something we had no idea we needed: travel size perfume refill. My boyfriend was looking for one Paco R. perfume, but came out with two kinds of Paco R., which is way better than what we went in for. I am not a perfume type of gal, but learning about the travel size perfume refill has changed that perspective. To be able to try different fragrances without having to commit to a big bottle is the way to gain more customers! I didn't get the young ladies name, but her customer service was awesome.

My experience with fragrance outlet was beyond satisfied. Lisa, the acting G-M based out of the Clinton Ct outlets, assisted me and because of her excellent customer service- she has permanently gained my loyalty as a customer. I will be returning soon for all of my cologne/perfume purchaes.
