The day before Christmas I purchased several perfumes but my wife only liked 1 out of the 3 perfumes, so a few days after Christmas we went to return them and were told we couldn’t because the seal had been broken on the box, that policy was never mentioned or explained upon purchase so where stuck with these perfumes that serve us no need at all

I felt there was a lot of pressure from salesperson who wanted to sell certain brands. Not sure if she needed to meet a quota or what not. Not professional. Not very personable or approachable either felt like I had to stand my ground to buy what I wanted. Will not return.

There are no returns or refunds. Not clearly stated at the time of purchase. If you’re making an expensive purchase, make sure it’s really what you want before you swipe your card.

Fake perfume. Bad costumer service

Sales associate was not helpful at all. she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for help and picked only 1 customer that she wanted to help and completely ignored everyone else in the store.

I got what I needed but I am sick of walking in there and trying to be sold a fragrance clone that is way overpriced like Armaf Ombre oud intense. This is being sold for triple what you can find it on eBay and for almost the same price of Erba Pura by Xerjoff which it is cloning just like Al haramain Amber oud gold which is $30 and a clone of the same fragrance. Every time I go in there they are super forceful about trying to sell that fragrance as well as citizen Jack (again way over priced) and this new line you guys got in that is also a clone line. If you guys spent as much time just trying to understand what the customer wants and pairing with a fragrance that is an actual option then you do looking at people as a dollar sign and pushing the fragrances that make you the most commission you would have a much larger customer base. I am sponsored on my YouTube channel by brands like Parfums de Marly, creed, Michael Malul, as well as a few others and in my 20 years of shopping for fragrances I always dread going into your location above others because I always know that if I come in looking for one fragrance to buy and leave in a hurry it’s going to be a drawn out process of 50 tester strips, pushing fragrances I don’t want into my face even after I say I’m not interested, and skipping me over for the next customer when I don’t want to buy the ones they are pitching to me. I just figured I’d let you know who ever gets this that you need to either stop training your workers to continuously push fragrances that they know people shouldn’t be wearing over legit designers and niche fragrances that can make someone really happy. If they are not being trained that way then you need to tell them to back off when it comes to selling and be more mindful. It’s not just your location tho I took a poll on my YT channel and of the 923 people that have visited a fragrance outlet 91% said they were pitched Armaf Amber oud intense for over $100 as a high end niche fragrance when in reality it’s just a clone that your company has the rights to in the USA.

I purchased a Dior Addict as a present for my lady, and I showed the employee the specific one that I need which is Eau de parfum. Only to find out when I get home it’s Eau fraîche. Unfortunate part its opened and company policy doesn’t allows exchange of the product.
