Greatest fragrance experience
The workers here were amazing so much better than Perfume Mania. Elysia and Leland were so helpful and welcoming. Will shop here again!!!!

Pre-Covid Service!
Don't you miss being treated like a customer when you walk into a store? Great customer service is hard to come by these days. When you walk into a store, or up to a counter, no one greets you with a smile, let alone, greet you at all. They make you feel like you are being a bother to them. Since covid, it seems like no one wants to work or be at work and it shows in their performance. I am pleased to say this was not my experience at Fragrance Outlet! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was asked if I needed help, and the sales agent was able to find the perfumes I was looking for. I was not satisfied with what I chose so he patiently assisted me in finding a scent to my liking. I was well pleased! Thank you for reminding me of what good customer service looks like!
