Glad I stopped in
The man who helped me with my purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable. He tested several perfumes with me and helped me pick the best one. The only thing I would change about the outlet is the refund policy. I was told there is exchange only.

Great store
The store was nice and clean.. and the associate were helpful.. they just need more people on shift for the busy times of day.. the first day i went in i had to stand and wait almost 30 mins for someone to help me.. the second day i was able to walk right in and get assistance.. and these ladys do one hell of a job.. trying to assist everyone on a timely manner.. but you can see on there face that there overwhelm

The first member that notice us didn’t…
The first member that notice us didn’t do much help she was talking to someone else at same time walked away n didn’t come back! In the other hand the second member that helped us was way more helpful and friendly helps us to choose a new great fragrance! Yuriria was great with us!

Needs to offer more tempting…
Needs to offer more tempting promotional prices. Some of the leading brands selections are not available; you can find the EDT or EDP for instance but not the INTENSE.

I do wish there were more discount options for large purchases and more inventory for Tom Ford and Creed colognes. This appeared to be a company wide issue and not a location issue. on service though: Cherry was fantastic in customer care and service. Thank you!
