The employees working that day were very helpful and courteous. the problem was they did not have the large refillable Paul Sebastian that i normally get.

Overall, my experience was great! Only 2 shop attendants at the time and both were helping others when I arrived, but the one that eventually assisted me made sure to let me know that she will be with me shortly. Only downer was that the shop didn't have the fragrance I have been calling and returning to the shop to get -- not in stock and unsure if the shop will be getting it.

I had a general idea of what I wanted, but noticed there are many brands but not every one. Still, the woman behind the counter listened to my comments, asked a couple of questions and honed in on some choices I never would have known about. I bought a bottle of two different selections, and have enjoyed wearing them. She was fun to work with, very knowledgeable, and made excellent suggestions.

I prefer self sampling like Ulta BUT The staff was super helpful. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything in particular. I had an overall great experience. I also wish there were higher end options as well.

I rate it 4 stars because The customer service was not exactly welcoming nor did I notice the employee happy . However the Deals in the store where worth it .

Found website ordering to be a little difficult. Tried narrowing down the search by men and brand but did not find it to work very well. Limited selection.
