Just Do Better
The associates want to sell you what nobody else is buying instead of what you want. Imagine spending $140 on OUD intense and Jet Black and nobody knows what you’re talking about, barely had a review on google. Give the people what they ask for and stop pushing your brand of cologne on people. No way a store was opened just to do that. My associate was nice I understand her just wanting to meet your company needs but honestly it’s horrible! I’ll be buying from Ulta moving forward, where they actually have legit brands and not off brands.
