You NEVER get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression
When I walk into a store that sells high end merchandise, the sales associates always seem to have an arrogance about them!!! I personally think there is a very fine line between 4 associates being readily available for customers with a friendly smile versus ALL 4 just waiting behind the counter with a stare while you ask them for their assistance. I especially don’t like the feeling of being rushed in making my $400+ purchase of fragrances with a sales associate that lacks basic personality!!! It was quite AWKWARD but I had set my day with the intention of buying my Fragrances. Quite frankly, after this experience, I had decided that I would NEVER come back to your store again!!! There is always a Perfumania a few doors down at Waikele Outlets!!!
