the person was so rude and rushed us
the person was so rude and rushed us , like he/she keep asking if we wants to buy or not .. they didn’t even give us a time to choose or look around . bad customer service !!! i wish they could be more polite and welcoming .

Wasn't too friendly and seemed as if they I was rushing me to find what I wanted so that I could just leave.. overall just wasn't a good experience

Costumer service was awful. I asked to smell a certain scent for women and they focus on men scent

Your sister company perfumania price…
Your sister company perfumania price was better than that of yours. I visited both stores at Tanger but went to Fragrance Outlet first. After trying to return the fragrance to Fragrance Outlet, I was told that I could only get a store credit. Really for $115. As soon as I use the store credit, I will never shop at your store again. You have lost this customer for life.

The fragrance outlet at north Georgia…
The fragrance outlet at north Georgia outlet mall is a big scam den. The manager over there is the rudest and the mean person I have ever met. We were given different prices while showing however the billed amount is completely different one. There was BOGO 50% off but the billed amount did not account for it, She rushed the billing process and when we checked the bill and asked about discount she said system did not ring it so it didn’t get applied. We were shocked with her response, we asked for return or exchange at that very moment after billing and she started showing her meanness and said she is not going to honor return or exchange even though the bill fine print says I have 30 days to return or exchange. This outlet doesn’t care about the customer experience. I felt like we got cheated by the manager, looking for help in getting resolution from corporate office.

I was misled into buying a cologne
I was misled into buying a cologne , that is watered down . The scent doesn't last . In all honesty, this company is a scam . I will NEVER purchase another cologne from there again!!

I was mislead in to purchasing and…
I was mislead in to purchasing and believing that the fragrance selected contained OUD . OUD is only in the name of the parfume. There is no OUD in the ingredients and the brand ARMAF can be found online for less than $50 per bottle. I feel as though I was scammed out of $140 .
