It says free shipping on orders $50 and above. My order had a total of $167.00 including shipping and other applicable fees. I thought that my order was already eligible for a free shipping but I still had to pay a $15 shipping fee plus other taxes. It’s not a big deal but don’t advertise any false promotions for marketing strategies.

This rate for last summer . I bought a Versace Eros I liked smell but when I go home smell was differently and I turn back your store manager was not there other women said please come thursday than I came Thursday again. I explained my concern she didnt accept and she said to me you can call and you can creat complain it’s up to you I said ok but I couldn’t reach out you that was not good

I generally never give negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to communicate this information. So I had bought a few perfumes a few days ago. Great experience that time. I wanted to exchange a couple of them so I went back in the evening of 5/18. The young lady appeared rather sullen and disinterested and recommended I come back the next day as the manager would know how to do the exchange better. We were leaving for a trip the next day and these were gifts so she exchanged them. I tried to make her smile by telling her to cheer up as the day was almost over. I had to ask for my original receipt back. I was NEVER rude as I feel anyone can have a bad day. On the 19th I had a few minutes, so I stopped by the store just to ask for clarification of why I had to pay so much extra. The young lady was there with the manager, who from her body language and attitude had obviously formulated a negative opinion about me. She proceeded to tell me what the charges were and the employee had done everything right. (I still don’t agree). She then stamped my receipts with a red ‘final sale ‘ stamp and gave them back to me. I left the store feeling belittled and somewhat shaken. I don’t get into confrontations and always believe in giving someone the benefit of doubt as we all have bad days. However, this combination of events, made it a terrible customer service experience. I believe in standing up for one’s employees but this isn’t how it’s done. I am a well respected pediatrician in the community and I wish the employees the best but I will never go back to this store. Maybe a little more training in the customer service department would benefit these employees. Thank you

Showed up late to return a fragrance, I bought by mistake. I had receipt and the box was not opened. The assistant manager was who helped us, I can’t remember her name but I believe she was Asian. Just felt she was annoyed and really upset I was returning fragrance. My son and I were the last customer that evening, she said I’ll walk you out and handed me the bag with new fragrance. My son and I both said THANK YOU, and she had no response and locked the door behind us. Hope this is not a typical type of service given to return customers. Makes me want to take my business elsewhere!! My 9 year old son has more manners and professionalism than you management!!

The manager Alondra was extremely rude. She was telling us about the sale they had going on and proceeded to explain but once it came to checkout she completely switched everything. Also she started complaining about us to the other sale associates right in front of us with complete disregard of customer service. It was absolutely awful. We returned the items because of how terrible she was. She didn’t seem to care and proceeded to talk badly about other customers as well. The manager is a representation of the store and associates and she is a terrible example to follow.

High retail price and bundle selling useless stuff

After making a purchase, I was informed of the store's policy. I bought two pieces of Mon Paris fragrance and changed my mind immediately afterward. However, when I requested a refund, they declined, citing the store policy that I wasn't previously made aware of before making my payment. As a tourist, store credit isn't useful for me. I would accept my money back as a compansation please.

We were convinced that we was getting a great deal when actually I could’ve saved way more on Amazon since they were way cheaper in Amazon
