Good customer service help.

Overall had a great experience at the store, the only reason I marked it 4 out of 5 states is because it felt awkward walking in with nobody there greeting you. It would have been nice for them to acknowledge our presence so we can feel more comfortable and more liking to stay. Other then that had a great time and definitely smell better now.

Great patience and knowledge of products.

Decent service, they were helpful towards the end of finding a unique fragrance for a special date night. They shared several fragrances with me, even touting some as popular and best selling. To me, that means being one of many, not the ideal for strong men. I settled on Tom Ford’s Black Orchid. This fragrance is bold in the open and settles down to be a classy, sexy, nosegasim for the special lady in your life.

I gave this rating because the customer service was great, and the store was nice. They just didn't have a cologne I was looking for that's why I didn't give up a perfect score.

I had to reload the site page more than once. That was the only issue. Other than this, everything was fine.

Ordering process was easy. I am very happy with my previous purchases of "La Vie est Belle" and "Jimmy Choo" fragrances.
