The store was very busy,but we were helped very quickly. The lady was very nice even though the customer before us was not very cooperative and hard to understand. I had already decided what I was getting before entering ,being that I always purchase here. She went right to the ones I wanted and even showed me a better deal on the drakar I was getting. In and out in 15 minutes tops. Great prices and great people.

The lady who helped us with the perfume was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to show my son different scents for his first perfume purchase. However, there was a mistake with my perfume: I received a different color of Chanel than I intended. Despite the store's policy against exchanges for opened bottles, the lady who assisted me when I returned was very understanding and accommodating. She kindly allowed me to exchange it for the Chanel Eau Tendre, which I love. I will definitely be returning!
