Service is always Great and helpful

The young lady who helped my daughter and I was super nice and helpful. I knew what I wanted and she made one extra suggestion for my daughter which worked out nicely. Unfortunately there was another older lady who kept interfering and non stop pushing additional fragrances on us even when we said we didn’t want any additional perfumes. She continued to offer us fragrance samples and push discounts even as we were paying. Again, the young lady helping us was super nice and not pushy, but this other lady made me want to never return to this location.

Hi. I would have got 2 of my fragrance. The store only had one and no sample bottle. I was told about the fragrance and I want to buy 2 one for me a gift for my daughter, because of the special.

I was very impressed with the huge selection and the quality of the fragrances that were in stock. The ladies that work there were all nice and very helpful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because I would have loved to walk away with some give away samples. I feel that they were kind of held back from providing the ultimate fragrance shopping experience because of that. Other than that I think they did a really good job at selling their products and making your store look good! I also really appreciated the sales that were going on at the time.

The lady assisting us was nice and helpful, but I felt pressured into purchasing, and when I asked about a promotion, she responded that she didn't know how it worked so she couldn't give me the offer.

The sales person was experienced in fine fragrances..She was capable of explaining the sale percentages that varied from fragrance to fragrance.

The customer device, but didn't feel to well about the management on duty. I felt some type of way because of her looks towards me & empl while he was spraying many samples for me. By the way he sold me about $400 worth of product which I got a huge discount onso with that . Being said I wanna thank Thomas for making my selections easy & introducing me to new fragrances👍🏾
