I dealt with a woman named Rose. She was super knowledgeable and new exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with 2 new colognes that I love.

Timeliness

The salesman and saleswomen had excellent customer service. They were very helpful in finding a scent that matched an old perfume I can no longer get. They were patient and super friendly. It was a great shopping experience.

We came two days back to back and both sales associates were far more helpful and kind than I would have ever expected. The gentleman with the ponytail (who's name I've forgotten, sorry!) was incredibly patient with me and my family even helping us until the very last moment right before he had to close down. I ended up wanting to exchange my cologne for another one so we came back the next day and again we received exceptional service from the woman working that night (who's name I also forgot, sorry again) she was just as patient with us as the gentleman who helped us the night before and spent at least an hour and a half spraying samples for us to try without a single complaint I highly recommend shopping here the deals they had going were great we saved a ton of money on a bunch of different colognes
