Customer service is everything and they had that. They were very knowledgeable about each product.

I came here one weekend and then came back another to make a purchase when I was more prepared. This shop carries exclusive fragrance houses & hidden gems! I am definitely going to be making all my future perfume & cologne purchases with Fragrance Outlet. Plus the staff & manager at The Outlets in Orange are so helpful and kind. 10/10 experiences.

I have been to the Byron Center store in the Tanger Outlet two times now. Both times the people in the store have been tremendously helpful. Experience 1) approximately October 2023, my wife wanted to take me into the store and I reluctantly came along. We worked with an enthusiastic young guy who knew a a lot about the fragrances he sold. Brands, fragrance notes and scent types ,etc. I told him what cologne I typically wore and he knew just what it was and suggested new ones that he was sure I would like. He was spot on. His enthusiasm made the event so much more pleasant. I purchased two new colognes to bring when traveling. Experience 2) August 24. My wife wanted a new fragrance, so we went back. This time, Lalique helped us. She again was very knowledgeable about the fragrances she sold. Patient as we smelled samples after samples. We came back later , after giving our noses a break and purchased a new perfume for my wife. Also filled some travel scents for me. Thank you for both pleasant experiences!

Always a good experience when i go in to bug cologne's never leave empty handed

Shopping went very well and the lady working there was awesome and made it much easier to choose and funny and and friendly even with my kids she helped them choose.
