None of the fragrances last longer than 5 minutes these are clearly dupes of original scents and im very pissed off spent over $400 and got fake product.

I bought 4 perfumes and couldn’t get one gift bag. Not good

I purchased 2 gift sets of the Ralph Lauren Romance. The bottles were supposed to be brand new bottles, but I guess shame on me for not checking they were full as when I got home and was going to give one to a friend and keep the other for myself, I realized one bottle was over half empty and the other was missing over a quarter of the bottle. I cannot believe this is how products are being sold and given to customers. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Took forever to get noticed and asked if I needed any assistance with finding fragrances.

I wish I could give you zero stars, bought perfume and not even 5 seconds after the smell completely went away and then I realized that this place is fake.

I just ordered and the wrong delivery address was in the Apple Pay. I wasn’t given a chance to review the order and so it’s sending to wrong address. I wrote immediately to fix but no one has helped me.

Mala atención y poco

I have purchased quite a bit from fragrance outlet, and a couple months ago I was told that I should sign up for a rewards program and since then I have purchased over $1000 worth of products. When I went back this past weekend, I was told oh there aren’t any points. Why? Because someone create the wrong profile and my profiles haven’t merged or something. No one knows what they are doing.
