I'm still waiting for my parcel since july . It's nearly October now . Disgraceful service,company changing email address. No refund . Wouldn't touch this site again

I wanted a refunded for a product…
I wanted a refunded for a product immediately after paying and was told no refunds but I wasn’t told that when I made the purchase and the receipt only speaks to “exchanges”. I don’t like to argue and felt the attitude of the staff changed after I bought 5 fragrances and wanted a refunded on 1!!! Not happy…

I bought the wrong perfume for my…
I bought the wrong perfume for my daughter. They didn’t have the one I wanted. The package was never opened. They would not give me my money back. Made me exchange it for a perfume i will never use. Ridiculous in this day and age. I will never shop this store again. Very disappointed in this stupid policy.

Horrible
Horrible! I got ripped off. They charge you double what it cost online and they don’t match the price when you bring it to their attention. Unfortunately I bought from them before checking online. They make no attempts to keep you as a customer never again

Fragrances are almost double the price…
Fragrances are almost double the price … on Sephora, Ulta, Kohls and many more stores have same fragrances at a lower price. There is no Return policy, only the exchange policy even if the item is not opened also. Will not recommend anyone to buy the fragrances from this store.
