I felt that the lady helping me out had 0 prior experience. I asked her to display some winter fragrances and she showed me all fruity summer scents. It felt like she took me as a child and wanted to get the sale over with. Her manager then tried to force me to purchase more cologne after I refused not to and then gave me attitude once I didn’t purchase her recommendations. Furthermore, the manager promised me a extra 50% discount because she “felt like it” but stripped it away once I didn’t purchase the cologne she wanted me to buy. I felt uncomfortable from this experience and unsure if I’d ever go back to this location.
