I don't like that I could not return…
I don't like that I could not return the item my husband bought. I really didn't want to exchange it for a different perfume. I wanted his money back.

The two ladies who helped were very helpful with making suggestions and helping us try out fragrances but they kept getting distracted with a difficult customer they saw outside. They started to have side conversations about hoping the customer wouldn't come into the store because of difficult previous encounters and which one of the ladies would have to help if the difficult customer did in fact come into the store. I understand that the workplace should be a little fun, but we thought it was distracting and unprofessional. We eventually started feeling like we were a burden to the ladies because we had to interrupt their side conversations to try/see different fragrances behind the counter. The 2 fragrances we bought were great but customer service and professionalism could be improved.

I came in to buy my wedding perfume and my fiancé’s wedding cologne. I told her exactly which ones I needed and went to check out. She then tries to sell me three different items after I kept politely declining. It got very annoying very fast. Please stop making those poor girls sell extra items.

I Purchased Vera wang’s princess & Givenchy’s Ystatis . The princess was fine however ystatis smells gross & nothing like a previous bottle I’ve had. I wrote them with hopes of exchanging but that was about a week ago with no reply. Probably won’t order from here anymore

I don't understand why I can't get my military discounts on top of your sales. When I first start going there I would get my military discounts alone with the discount your already have in the store. I don't understand now why I don't get my military discounts on top of your sales in the store.

Talked too fast, focused on trying to sell me what she wanted. Had to ask 3 times to see one item
