Very friendly sales rep, good selection, but very overpriced. Won't be buying our fragrances there again.

Just felt like i have had better customer service better attitude wise

I give 3 stars bc I think the online coupons and marketing are misleading which caused me to have to engage the chat. Then days later another coupon came to prompt me to buy. So, I ended up buying but just stop wasting my time and give me the dag-gone discount you are advertising the first time. I don't have the energy for these game while trying to buy someone a present

Very pushy sales lady but had no real knowledge of colognes!! Expensive!!!!

The sales person, although very nice, was super pushy with buying more than I wanted to. I don't like the hard sell and I'm sure she's been told to do it.

The first few minutes were pleasant. After showing me 4 or 5 fragrance options. The lady was a little rude, because I asked her the price of two sizes of a fragrance I liked. I ended up buying 4 fragrances out of the 6 I wanted to buy, because I was annoyed by the attitude the lady had.

I didn’t like the way the cashier returned my change. I put the money in his hand and he put my change on the counter. So I had to pick the dollars and coins of the counter and put it in my hand bag then I got the receipt from the counter and put it in the bag. That made me wonder if another cashier would have cash me out would I have received the same service. I probably won’t go back again because of that.

There was only One person in the store that was very nice and helpful. The other sales associates seemed to care less about what I was interested in
