Fake parfums
I bought Creed Aventus Eau de Parfum 100ml from them - I paid £213.64 GBP. The parfum does not last more than 15 min. I compared it with an original one bought in a physical store and it is clear that the composition of the parfum is different. Stay away, they don't sell original parfums. Update 3 May 2024. I contacted Amex and raised a dispute. Amex asked them for a proof of authenticity and they were not able to provide it so they refunded my money. Stay Away

First the lady was kind of rude that…
First the lady was kind of rude that waited on me like I was waisting her time. I was the one that said thank you at the end she just handed me the bag. Secondly, I should have looked on Amazon before I even walked in that stupid outlet store because they are charging their customers twice as much as you get it on Amazon. The exact same cologne, same size bottle on Amazon with free delivery for 22.00. I paid 59.00 and that was with a 10 percent military discount. My suggestion be smart and research before you buy from them they are crooks and don't even appreciate your business.

Cancelled orders x3
I have placed 3 orders that were confirmed for a lot of money. All three have been cancelled without an explanation. I’ve just placed a 4 and last attempt order for over $800 and if this gets cancelled too I will not try this company again.

Charged my Card but no item delivered
I purchased a perfume for my mother online to get delivered before Christmas of 2023. I have been going back and forth with customer service to get a refund or send me another one as the perfume I ordered "WAS NOT DELIVERED" to my home. First they refunded me the money and then they withdrew the money again from my account. I have talked via email and phone conversation but no help. The last rep I talked to was provided with my phone number and was going to have her supervisor call but has not called. Just giving me the run around and are of no help. College Student on a budget.
