This was our first time every shopping at this store or for fragrance. The salesperson did not have any recommendations we had to ask to smell certain things. At checkout I notice there was a promotion going on if you spent so much you received a free gift. We were $3 from that price pretax and the sale person did not mention the promotion to us. We would have most likely purchased another bottle, even travel size, to reach the required amount. We felt like more of an inconvenience than a customer. We still purchased two items because we genuinely wanted them. But I highly doubt I would return if I am able to find these items elsewhere.

The prices were a bit pricey to be an outlet store. Not sure if I would shop there again.

Service was okay, the sales associate lady needs more experience with the different brands and scents, more training in describing what the perfume smells like. I got a lot of "I don't know" instead of "let me double-check". Also too aggressive with pushing someone to buy the mini spray bottles after we said no multiple times.

We will see how delivery goes. It does not tell you there may be a delay until after you’ve made your purchase. I feel that should be told right up front

I’m waiting to hear back , I accidentally used the wrong card and I seen afterwards that they don’t let you cancel which is bull , I’m hoping they will work with me . I literally tried right after I made the purchase by mistake with the wrong card and even emailed them right after .

The sales lady at the business hwy 17 location was not very friendly. She seemed annoyed while I was asking about the different colognes... no smiling nor light conversation; just all business! I can understand it if the store was packed but there were only a few people there. To me, she came off rude! Although she's older, she needs people skills!
