My first visit. Salesclerk was not enthusiastically welcoming, but you carry great product at excellent prices so I will be back.

Discount code didn’t work after text sent.

The lady was helpful but seemed to think I was not able to afford the product I was purchasing and was overly adamant on the return policy. Not very welcoming to say the least.

No sample for the kids/teen perfume. I bought it and it smells horrible. I want to return but it's already opened. The customer service there was great though.

Good Fragrances. Too much overpay

So I originally placed an order online. Gave my billing and shipping address. They took my payment, but didn't process the order. I was mildly annoyed at this point. So I then call customer service which was a slow process. But we finally were able to place the order. I gave the exact same information. I am now waiting on my order. So overall a 3 out of 5

Bought a expensive perfume ! Turns out the perfume cap doesn’t work as expected. So I went back to exchange it . Staff responded least professionally and made me exchange it for another product which was of higher value and asked me to match the additional amount . I understand things have a value and I am willing to pay . But why would I shop again and drive back 25 miles to return something that’s faulty and feel unwelcome while paying even more price. Manager had all the opportunity to switch things around and be more professional but choose to make a customer discomforted .
