Customer service personnel could be a little more pleasant.

Certain cologne had no tester.

It had a great selection of colognes and perfumes, but the worker there tried to upsale us on every little thing. Because of that it took way too long, and my wife and I were losing our patience quick.

The gi who helped us was not friendly at all, even my son commented on it when we left. She was hard to hear when she was talking and she didn't look like she wanted to be there or working at all very unprofessional.

Good store but sales representative was rude and pushy with sales. I made comments several times about the scent size I wanted but the gentlemen asked me four times to upgrade after saying no each time. He also told me the scent I purchased was for “old women”... I’m 31.... won’t be back because of this

Everything went very well, the salesperson was very personable and helpful. However, when I got home, I found that instead of the White Fusion cologne I thought I had bought, she had gotten Black Storm instead. As this store is over 2 hours away from me, I'm not going back just to exchange this one item.

I was not able to smell a fragrance and it was expensive. So i did not purchase it. I opted to but the one that i could smell. Which was not fair to me, that you would ask a customer to purchase a fragrance with out a sample to smell.

Too pushy on sales. I understand it’s part of the job but I just wanted one bottle of cologne. Not every single accessory you sell.
