I received very great customer service and attention at this location.

The salesperson listened to what I was looking for in a cologne and the scents I wore in the past. As a result, he made some really good recommendations and I ended up purchasing a couple of them. He wasn’t pushy when I declined additional offers.

All the colognes were arranged nice and neatly; the customer service was exceptional especially the employee that found me the exact scent that I come into the store for. Not only did she ask my current favorite fragrance, but when I was unsure and temporarily stepped out of the establishment to take a 5 minute phone call, she kept all the fragrances that I favored to the side as I asked. That is excellent customer service.

Not only did they guide me through an incredible selection of fragrances, but they also offered helpful recommendations based on my preferences—without being pushy. Their passion for the products and genuine desire to help made the experience both enjoyable and efficient. What stood out the most was the patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm they showed throughout. They even went above and beyond by letting me sample new arrivals and offering helpful tips on how to make fragrances last longer. In a time where great customer service is hard to find, this store sets the bar high. I’ll definitely be back—and recommending them to friends and family!
