how do i tget the second one 50% off as advertised

Sales person not very friendly

This is the 2nd time I have ordered these itemI s. The first time I got notificaiton they were on the way and a e-mail asking how I liked them but I never received them. The Post Office had no record of them ever being shopped. I did get a refund from your company but no product. Very disappointing.

I had to return a defective cologne bottle. The spray tip wasn’t working smoothly. The store clerk was a bit hesitant to give me a new bottle. She said it works. But, it was sticking. I told her I didn’t want to see it get stuck after the 30 days return policy expired. She wasn’t very friendly after that. Gave me a nasty attitude! She did give me a new bottle.

Sales person very pushy

The deals wasn’t good enough for what I purchase. 7 bottles of cologne and perfume in still didn’t get 10% off.

When I had originally went for my first time was Saturday . I was looking for a new perfume I was helped by 2 older ladies very nice and helpful I ended up taking two . One was going to be a gift but ended up changing my mind the next day and decided to change the scent so I arrived to exchange and the person that approached me was so rude I didn’t catch her name but she had long red acrylic nails with long blonde hair. She game me a hard time and accused me of spraying the perfume and said they usually don’t return items that are sprayed . So she said “ just for this time will return because your a customer and so am I”. This person need to be more compassionate of her JOB

The lady that waited on us was not very friendly at the beginning until I bought something for my son. And she kept recommending scents she liked, NOT what my son liked. Listen to your customers better!
