I ordered on Dec 1st was supposed to get on the 9th, it is now the 15th and I still haven’t received my order. I want a refund! I will not ever order from this store again. I have chatted with someone and they couldn’t really tell me anything.

The guy serving us at orange county outlet charged me more than what was on the label of the perfume. I did inform him that one of the perfumes were $106 before he was ringing us, when I got home I noticed he had charged us $116 for that perfume. It was 3 of us, during checkout when I asked for the receipt he started distracting us by showing men perfume to my husband and his cousin. i bought 4 perfumes from that store. I thought that was very dishonest. He knew we were out of state. I wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting that store, if you absolutely have to please check the price on the perfume and on your receipts.

The first salesperson I told that I was buying for a teenager and wanted to spend less than $40 just kept showing me the items that were way more than that price. We walked away and looked over by the door and saw some colognes that were $20 & up. Another salesman asked if we needed help and he helped with those items that the first didn’t even show us. I appreciate him.

I bought 4 perfumes this day and I was attended by the manager, nothing gentle, you could see how racist she was, then I returned to change one of the perfumes and the next girl was very good she explained to us without problems and with a smile on her face not like the manager unfortunately I had to talk to the manager again because she had to make the change, not recommending this sit-up to anyone, This was Black Friday in the afternoon

Rudeness! I visited the Clarksburg store on 12/7 and was helped by Jasmine (who was pleasant and helped me find a fragrance for my husband and then helped me with one for myself. All was fine until the other person working that day snickered as Jasmine handed me my bag. I thought, did she just get something over on me - why would she laugh at me like that? So - I continue shopping and come across another perfume store which was substantially cheaper, so I came back to the Fragrance Outlet and as soon as I walked in the door the same girl started laughing. So of course - you got one over one me and I paid too much. I tried to return, and was shown the return policy. Fine, you have a policy I'll follow it. But the level of rudeness is not okay and when working in the customer service industry - your employees should be more professional!
