prices are insanely high
prices are insanely high. don't buy anything there until you know the price of it online. The customer service was awesome but I could have saved 80 dollars if I bought online...

I found the site not easy to navigate…
I found the site not easy to navigate on my iPhone. I couldn’t make a selection from the menu drop down. Also didn’t allow to add one of the fragrances I wanted to the cart for purchase so no bogo 50% there. So I placed one order online (which arrived within a few days (thank you) and called store for other order however it still hasn’t arrived 9 days later. My intention was to order both online. Today I see the fragrance is listed and can be added to cart:(

I purchased both a Marc Jacobs Daisy…
I purchased both a Marc Jacobs Daisy and a medium size bottle of Clinique Happy on 12/5/19 at the Tanger Outlet in Ohio. Unfortunately the scent for the Clinique Happy is off and very bitter. This is obviously not at fault of the retailer but the manufacturer. What's unfortunate is the stores return policy. You can't return a product after the package has been opened and used. I had to open and use the perfume once to know that the scent wasn't correct.

The store manager have no patience
The store manager have no patience; I was exchanging an item because I bought a different scent and the store manager (with fake long nails) was so impatient with the computations and she even verbalized that it was frustrating, and after this transaction I asked another employee how much is the price of a certain perfume n then she left so I have to call her attention that I am buying more perfumes. The employees have no customer service al all! So disappointed with the service!

Unlike some well know designer brands, smaller production specialty fragrance brands don’t invest heavily to promote and advertise their fragrances. There is a segment of our client base who appreciate wearing a signature scent that is uncommon; we affectionately refer these clients as “Fragrancistas”. Much like Fashionistas, Fragrancistas take pride in wearing the best fragrances that are not available to everyone, everywhere. When we find a quality fragrance from a small boutique production house that meets our stringent product guidelines, our product development team will attempt to negotiate exclusive rights to sell the fragrance in our 110 stores and on our eCommerce site, for a period of time. At times we are able to negotiate exclusive rights to just a few brands within a line or as the case with Mi Vida, we are the exclusive dealer for the entire Mi Vida line.
