The workers can treat all customers with courtesy and respect instead of just treating them like they’re there as an inconvenience to them. I did not appreciate the young man how he handled me I asked could he let another person assist me? and he was Caucasian and the young lady that assisted me was African-American again. The color of our skin should not have mattered. I was there to spend money. I goes there often. When I do go there that is the only place I go to get my perfume again. The sales associate was not very professional in my opinion.

The women who help use was very rude. We asked for her personal opinions being that it is her job and we were undecided she called everything “basic” and low quality that we were inquiring about. She is not the kind of sales person I’d ever hire! Nothing would be sold! At one point I asked to smell a scent and read the name off the box. She kept repeating which one over and over as I read the box clearly. As she repeated which one for the 5th or 6th time she followed up with “the one that last this long or the other!?” as if we knew..why not just get the one that I read to her. They didn’t even have the same name she just wanted to make as if we were unintelligent. The fact of the matter is..we do not work in a fragrance store. So of course we would need help not disrespect.

Visited a retail store in Woodburn Oregon for the Holidays. Manager would not exchange a perfume would not try to come up with any solution or politeness was rude and not even give her name. I have never had such horrible experience my poor mother in law used all he money for a gift for her son she showed the sales lady a picture of the exact perfume he wanted yet they sold her the more expensive one that is not the same as the picture and they would not even exchange it for the right one. Don't buy gifts here they won't exchange and they are really rude I could not believe that they would be so mean and manager made a comment about us speaking Spanish as I left the store as if that should make a difference. I feel like they are taking advantage of the hispanic community and the elderly. They should have sold her the perfume that was on the picture period. There should be some type of audit for this location as the store manager is not trained well and is alienating your customers and is giving poor customer experience.

I didn’t receive my package!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!! THEY RIPPED OFF MY 15 YEAR OLD SON... LOOK ONLINE AT THEIR PRICES AND THE PRICES OF OTHER PLACES THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!! DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
