The lady who helped me was very unprofessional
The lady who helped me was very unprofessional. She was the black lady with glasses. Yes she asked if I was looking for something in particular but when I told her what I was looking for she answered yes we have it with a attitude. I’m like okay where is it and how much. Anyways she assisted me all while talking on the phone which is not professional at all. Hell she could’ve at least told the person she was talking to to hold while she assisted me you know!

Not a happy customer
Bought 2 perfumes were marked buy one get one 50%off. Being a math person i let the associate know that i would like to buy the Diesel and get 50% off from Armani. She said that she will lose money. Sold me the Armani and discounted the Diesel. This way i paid roughly $10 more. i see this as an insult. The kicker is that is nowhere stated that the first buy needs to be the higher value. I could say that i have to choose between deceptive marketing or rude salesperson one of the other i have not had a good experience.

If you are shopping in Allen Outlet, please know that other store prices are 10-15% less than fragrance outlet and have better service.

I've never had a bad experience until…
I've never had a bad experience until the last time. I asked for classic Emporio Armani, but the salesman put Emporio Armani You in the bag. I had kids with me so I didn't realize it until I got home two hours away.

They had so many fragrances but
They had so many fragrances, but the one that was helping was rude and acted like she had an attitude and that it was killing her to help someone. I had to return the cologne because it wasn’t what my husband used and thankfully I got a different person to help that was super nice!

Just smell in store and buy online
Very friendly and helpful when they are making a sale, very rude if you want to return even one item. Recommend that you go into the store to give the sniff test and then buy online.

Knowledgeable but pushy on the upsell
Knowledgeable but pushy on the upsell. And then forgot to ring up an item and I did not realize til following day the item was missing.
