No Returns/Refunds.
Bought two perfumes, opened one to use it and the Fragrance it didn't last, I hardly smell anything. Tried to return the the second one un-opened since first one wasn't good and I couldn't because they only do exchange. **Looked around the store and Didn't see No signs that says Exchange Only.** I'm un-suscribing from Fragrance Outlet after sending my review.

I honestly could’ve gone to the store…
I honestly could’ve gone to the store instead of ordering my colognes , but I wish it would’ve said how long shipping said on the actual website before having to purchase anything

Last visit
In the beginning it went well where I got my items but at the end of the next visit it's like the employees were trying ti make me purchase what they wanted me to purchase.

I asked for a particular fragrance by a…
I asked for a particular fragrance by a certain manufacturer and was immediately shown something else! I asked again, and was taken to the counter where that fragrance was shown the product only to have it put back in the case! I had to ask a third time and tell the sales person that I was purchasing that particular product! I felt like I was being judged by my appearance, and that I couldn't afford the product I was requesting! I was really bothered by it!

Respect
My wife and I walked in the store and inquiring about Eternity Eau de parfum. Sales lady approach us and showed us the products. As am about to pay, I ask if they give Military / Veterans discount. She responded sarcastically. "NO"! we don't give Military discounts.🤔 Wow! I could have accepted a simple "I'm sorry we don't".🤔

Horrible return policy
Got a fragrance, mens cologne, as a gift and scent wore off after 5 minutes and did not smell like the actual product. Tried to exchange but company policy is that you cannot exchange opened product. Talked to lady and her manager and she had to call regional manager to exchange defective product. Only reason not giving one star because they let me exchange what the store manager said was even non smelling defective, but still had to pay the difference.

The customer service was poor
The customer service was poor. Neither of the 2 young ladies greeted me to ask coyld they help. When I inquired of the sale, there appeared to be an attitude as if my inquiry was annoying her. While ringing up 2 perfumes I was purchasing, she ask the other young lady "what you doing for new years" I should have walked out because I don't like patronizing businesses with poor customer service. They need etiquette in professionalism.
