Great customer service

This was my first time visiting and I can’t remember the lady who helped me but she had amazing contacts in! She greeted me and immediately asked what I was looking for and pulled so many scents with the very small description I gave her and was SUPER helpful she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some I needed buying 2 perfumes. I definitely will be back for me and hope she’s there to help me again. Very satisfied with my experience and my purchase.

I purchased an item online that was not delivered and I am still struggling to get a refund. My friend called your store to help me find Chance by Chanel. Justin was very helpful and informed him of ongoing sales promotions. I came in the next day and luckily he was the first person to greet us and knew exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me to also choose from about a dozen wonderful colognes for men at 50% off. He spotlighted other offers and even included a free pair of earrings. Truly a blessing at the holiday season to be able to find exactly what I wanted so quickly and easily. Thank you Justin!
