The staff was friendly and very helpful! Products were expensive and it would be helpful if customers could browse and check prices on their own.

Your pricing is way more than online discounters. May as well shut the store down or lower your margins.

Found the same item on Amazon for almost half the price.live and learn

Perhaps it can’t be helped, but the smell in Fragrance Outlet is overwhelming and nauseating, a cacophony of mismatched odors. I don’t know how employees can tolerate being in there for hours on end. The selection is wide, but basic. However, the savings are generally minimal.

After I placed my order for Dolly Parton’s Scent From Above Perfume, and ordered her Smoky Mountain Perfume at “HALF PRICE, I happened to remember another site and I went to check their prices for my order. Fragrance OUTLET ‘s prices were nearly THREE TIMES AS MUCH ON MY FIRST ITEM AND THE SAME PRICE AS FRAGRANCE OUTLET’s “GET THE SECOND ITEM FOR HALF PRICE!” My “Second Item at Half Price” was EXACTLY the price of that second item on the HSN.com site! UNBELIEVABLE!

I went into the store with the intention to pick up 2 specific perfumes. One of the perfumes was not sold at this location which was fine not a problem at all. The sales associate assisting me with my purchase let me know that the perfumes were buy one get one 30% off. Being that i initially went with the intention to purchase two perfumes i decided to browse around since the one of the two I originally wanted was not in stock. The sales associate allowed me to smell a couple different perfumes and assisted in picking out a scent that was up my alley. She was great up until she kept trying to push a perfume on me that i specifically said that i did not want. She disregarded me saying that i was only interested in purchasing good girl & Jadore and continuously insisted on the third perfume which i understand is part of the job of being a sales associate. The issue was her blatantly disregarding me saying no and then ultimately calling me picky because i chose not to purchase the third perfume. It was a little unprofessional and hindered the good experience she provided in the beginning.
