The customer service was good, as well as price. There was an issue that’s been on my mind and I’m happy to have gotten this email. As we were walking down the aisle approaching the store, the smell of fragrance as overwhelming. Definitely not the traditional experience of walking up to a fragrance store. When we got inside the reason was clear. The male associate working would spray two full sprays on each sample paper. He had up sample probably 15 colognes. Not only is that an entire waste of your product but it created such a harsh smell coming off the building. The gentleman’s shirt had cologne stains and squirt marks from the missed sprays throughout the day. He was very nice and a good salesman but this cannot be standard practice as I’ve never seen anything like it before. Hope this helps!

I didn't like that the sales rep was so aggressive and pushy for the purchase. I was in store to buy some cologne anyway. It was to the point that it was actually disgusting. I will probably never purchase here again.

The experience was good, but the prices are high.

The staff was very helpful. However, the items sold a way overpriced. This is an outlet mall. Things are supposed to be discounted. If there is even 1 bottle there selling for $100 then that is insane.

Great products in store, but I had compared prices to 2 other stores and unfortunately you were the most expensive.
