Frangrance does not last
Frangrance was nice in store, but once used from brand new bottle at home, the smell didn’t last. $100 for a smell that lasts maybe 10 minutes, if that. Also, my bottle was broken. When opened, the nozzle of the perfume fell right off. Still cannot get it to consistently stay on. Again, this was a brand new, sealed bottle.

The sales person was a bit pushy in…
The sales person was a bit pushy in trying to sell me other things than what I needed. Mentioning something once is okay, but when I say no, I don’t like that the kept pushing it on me.

Misleading.
Misleading. I wanted to purchase at your advertised discount of buy-one and get the next at 50% off, (Givenchy, Amouage and Tom Ford) only the inexpensive Givenchy was available. Tom Ford (out of stock) was advertised at only 30% off the second bottle - honestly, why pretend to offer a sale if so many products are out of stock and you’re actually only selling the cheaper products at your advertised rates? Be upfront and honest - it goes a lot further.

I wanted to let you know that I was in…
I wanted to let you know that I was in the other day and purchased some items. The personnel would not leave me alone and kept talking and talking and following me even after I asked her to please just let me look I wanted to look, and she kept making suggestions I nicely told her okay, but please let me look. I would have purchased more but felt like I was harassed. I am only telling you this so that you will possibly use this information because a lot of people do not like the technique and would spend more money especially after I asked her to please just let me look

Not outlet prices at all
Not outlet prices at all. My son really wanted Armani Code cologne. I didn’t want to disappoint him. So I purchased anyway.

Purchase $300 worth of cologne from…
Purchase $300 worth of cologne from your store and when I got home I happen to go on Amazon and see that the same cologne that you charged $110 for was on Amazon for $60. When I checked other colognes that I purchased in this purchase they also were way over priced even with your 50% off the second one, I still overpaid very disappointed.
