The clerk didn’t treat us with courtesy- she was in a hurry no samples we spent over $350 with two transactions

The women who helped us was t very friendly. Not sure if this is based commission store but if so I feel that's all she was trying to do.

Person was just ok. She engaged in a conversation with other coworker while I was trying to choose for fragrance and had the impression she was not paying attention !

I liked the willingness to let me try smelling different fragrances but I didn’t like the female associates lack of decorum. When talking about how much I wanted to spend she came off arrogant as if she was going to suggest I came to the wrong store. I would’ve preferred to deal with someone more personable and understanding. I described a type of fragrance scent that I like and because she did not agree with how I described it she stated I was looking for something else. The manager however was able to understand my needs without making me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Because I did.

Price is on the high side. Left that store after paying the discount price 50% off the second bottle and seen same cologne same size for four dollars cheaper than the sale priced one..

When ever you guys have the firenheit dior intense i'll come back for it

The customer service was wonderful, but these are definitely NOT Outlet prices. We paid FULL retail price.
