Great staff and service they knew about the colognes i could describe a sent to them and they would know what I wanted they truly made my experience a anomalous one

Jeff< the sales person ____listened--___to me. I went in for one bottle and bought 5. By listening, he sh owed me others that smelled very nice. I will shop there again. It was at the Ellenton outlet mall in Florida.

This is my first time using Fragrance Outlet and have no complaints. As long as they continue to provide the excellent Customer Service I will continue to order from them.

Worked with a younger gentleman named Marco and he was very personable and professional. I was able to try out a bunch of different scents and really focused on my tastes and requests. When I go back, I hope to work with him again.

Great service. I came in looking for a particular perfume & clerk directed me to exactly what I wanted. She advised of the current sale, we left very satisfied, even finding a cologne for my hubby. She exceeded our expectations.

Service has always been top tier. I did not get the lady’s name, but she has been the person who has taken care of me all three times. She’s very knowledgeable and very pleasant. She did not force anything and allowed me to take my time. On my last trip I go straight over to her because I know the quality of service that I’m going to get.
