The people selling are amazing at their job but the products were terrible when used. Also, they are expensive than walmart and other places, no good deals

Purchased 2 colognes as Christmas gifts. One was fine, however the JPG that I bought for my son, had a broken atomizer and was leaking. We were able to make it work however I’m not sure I would purchase from fragrance outlet again.

Two different units in the area one has a military discount and the other does not! Both should be the same.

When I made my first purchase a few weeks before becoming a member I was not informed of the rewards pint system and I actually spent about the same as my last purchase or more. I Missed out on all those points! Not sure if I will Go back there because when I told the gentleman he did nothing to help with my loss of pints

Fragrance Outlet is decent for what it offers, especially if you prefer an in-person shopping experience. They occasionally have good promotions, like buy one, get one 50% off, which can be appealing. However, their prices are consistently undercut by online retailers like FragranceNet and FragranceX, making it hard to justify shopping there if you’re focused on value. Additionally, their customer service could use some improvement. Overall, it’s an okay option, but better deals are usually found online.
