No product delivered- no return email or call either
Never received product ordered and attempted to contact multiple times via email and phone. Nobody ever available to talk and no return emails back.

Poor shipping policy
My order was placed on 10-20-16 and it is now 11-03-16 and still have not received my order that has already been charged to my credit card. When I called to complain customer said they'll ship my product again but I will still have to wait an additional 10 working days for my shipment to arrive. Fragrance Outlet should have sent my order out on overnight due to the mistake being theirs and not mine. I'm very disappointed in their shipping policy.

Fragrance Outlet - good, shipping with USPS - bad
It has been a week since I received an email from Fragrance Outlet telling me my purchase is on its way. Still no delivery from the USPS. Now I have to go through the hassle of dealing with the post office. Maybe next time I'll just go to a store and buy rather than ordering on line.

We are not sure where this error has occurred but I assure you we will investigate with USPS. In the meantime, we sent your package out again via USPS Priority Mail to ensure delivery within 2-3 business days. In the next week or so, we would kindly ask you to keep an eye out for an email asking for your help verify a claim with our insurance company. It will only take 1-2 minuets and we ask that you verify that you did not receive your original package. Again, we will send more information once it becomes available regarding this claim. ZERO STARS!!!!
I ordered a bottle of BoraBora by Anne Klein. I have used her products in the past and know they are very good quality. What I received is worse than a knockoff. The scent is weak and fades in a few seconds. I have emailed and left a message on their fb page- no response. Please do NOT give them your money. Customer service is apparently not their concern, getting your money is all they care about. The ONLY good thing was that they shipped quick, but what good is that if the product is crap. Tell everyone you know- dont purchase from this company! ZERO STARS!!!
